Since each and every product is customized according to a client’s requirements/specifications, the products once booked can neither be cancelled or returned under any conditions.

We don’t accept product return requests, however you can mail us at email@example.com regarding your concern with the order quality, delivery or model or any other product related concerns.
What if I don’t like the product as soon as it is delivered? Can I return the product to the courier person?

Is there an option where I can check the product manually and then decide to buy it?
Currently we don’t have that policy, but if you don’t like the product after purchasing.
Can I exchange a product for another product on the website?
