Wish to undo? To err is human, we understand! KONVEY has a pretty flexible cancellation policy where you can cancel an order and don’t have to worry about any extra charges whatsoever.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order. Even if the item has been shipped but not delivered to you, cancellation is possible. However, you will receive the refund only once we get the order back. In case your order has been cancelled, any VAT/CST that has been paid will also be refunded.

After the item is delivered, cancellation is not possible. But then, we have a flexible return policy!

What are the steps to be followed to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by logging in to KONVEY with your User ID and Password. Once you log in
1. Look to the top right corner of your screen
2. Click on My Account
3. On the next page that pops up, you’ll be able to see details of all your orders
4. Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it
5. Voila! The order has been cancelled

How long will it take to receive my refund after cancellation?

If the order has just been placed and has not been packed or shipped yet, we will be able to process the refund immediately after cancellation. As soon as the refund has been processed from our side, it might take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the account that was used to make the payment.

In case the item has already been packed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order in real time. Therefore, as soon as the product has been refused and has reached the warehouse, your refund will be processed within one business day from that time. As soon as the refund has been processed, it might take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the account used to make the payment. But that’s just the maximum time we’re stating. It can happen way faster as well!

When will I be notified about the Cancellation?

If you have requested for a cancellation
1. Before the order has been packed: You will get notified immediately and get a confirmation.
2. After the order has been packed: We won’t be able to cancel the order immediately, since it will be on its way to you. But don’t worry, you can refuse the delivery and it will ship back to us. Within one business day of receiving it, we’ll initiate the refund to your account.

Why was my order cancelled by KONVEY?

It is never our intention to cancel an order proactively. Anything less than the ‘Best Customer Experience’ is unacceptable.
If an order is cancelled after confirmation, it might be for the following reasons:
1. The product might have been the last in stock and might have failed our stringent quality check before packing.
2. There might have been some inaccuracy in the pricing structure compared to the actual MRP tags.
3. The product might not have actually been available in stock in real time when the order was placed on the website.

Can I use the same promo code that I used for my cancelled order, while placing the next order?

Unfortunately, you cannot use the same promo code for your next purchase.

Does KONVEY assure of complete refund against my cancelled order?

Cancellations are not a very happy thing for us. But, we understand our customers and promise to refund the complete amount, including any tax collected.

Is partial cancellation of an order allowed?

You bet! Partial cancellations are possible. However, please ensure that the conditions for any discounts are still fulfilled. E.g. If you get a discount of 25% on a minimum purchase of Rs. 2000 and you shopped for Rs. 3000, if you want to cancel partially, you need to make sure that the order value doesn’t drop below Rs. 2000 to still take advantage of the 25%.

What would be a valid reason to cancel my order?

There is no such thing as a ‘valid’ reason. All reasons for cancellation provided by our customers are valid for us. If you don’t want the order, you don’t need to pay for it. We completely understand; with a smile on our faces! ☺

Help! The ‘Cancel’ link is disabled.

Well it can mean two things:
1. The order might have already been packed or shipped out; in which case you can refuse the delivery of the order. No worries!
2. Something might not be working as it’s supposed to on the website. Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll help in fixing it.

How long will it take to receive my KonveyMoney after cancellation?

The time taken for KonveyMoney to get refunded depends on the status of your order.

Before an order is packed, you can cancel it immediately, and we will process the refund instantly. You can see the amount reflect in your KonveyMoney wallet within 5 business days.

After an order is packed and shipped, you cannot cancel it immediately. Instead, you’d have to refuse it when we knock on your door. Once refused, we will process a refund within 7 business days. You can see the amount reflect in your KonveyMoney wallet within 5 business days after that.
